Nails Inc Marylebone with Stamping (",)

Hey Guys

I couldn't just leave my Marylebone alone and felt the need to see what it looked like with stampage :D

For this I used Nails Inc Crown Court with Bundle Monster Plate BM-317 on my fingers and Konad Black Polish with BM-309 on my thumb

I'm sorry the pictures aren't as clear as I would have liked them to be! :s

If you fancy trying these out for yourself you can get Marylebone here, Crown Court here, Konad Black polish here and the Bundle Monster 2012 collection of plates here

If you fancy treating yourself to either of these beauties, you can find Cheyne Walk here and Bow Street here

My Helmer and My Current Stash with Treats from the Birthday Fairies

The Birthday Fairies were very kind to me this year :D

Not only did I get a Helmer from my gorgeous boyfriend (who has a blog which you should check out here)

I got this group of beauties from my mum and two sister (Loz & Ju) (Ju has a beauty blog which you should check out here)

We have Spitalfields & Whitehall Magnetics with Marylebone 3D Glitter

The Icons Minis
Barry M Magnetics in Violet & Burgundy
Electric Lane Holographic Top Coat
Then the Birthday Fairy that I work with (aka Caz) treated me to this little kit which I think will give me hours of fun:
This was my Nails Inc collection (excluding the beauties that the Birthday Fairies gave me):
Then we have my 'other brand' polishes which I haven't got round to putting in any order yet:
These are my arty tools, clippers, cuticle stick and nail files:
Then we have my dupes, stamping plates & tools, buffer, nail files, base & top coats and crackle polishes:
Finally, we have my nail art polishes which the Christmas Fairy (aka my sister Loz) treated me to last year:
If you fancy treating yourself to a Helmer you can order them in white, red or silver from Ikea here

You can find the Nails Inc selection of beauties here and the Barry M magnetics and Nailene kit can be found in most Boots or Superdrug stores

Feel free to leave me a link to pictures of your collections in the comments section as I'm always interested in seeing others people's pretty polishes :)

China Glaze Flying Dragon (",) - Belated Animal Abuse Awareness Week Mani

Hey guys

I've been searching high, low and level for the ultimate neon purple and thought this may be it! Unfortunately, although it's a lovely colour it's just not got the "wow-factor" which I expect from a neon! But I won't let that get me down... Here are some pics that I've taken of this pretty purple and some which I took after I'd stamped it using Konad White polish :)

So, has anyone managed to find the elusive neon purple? If so, please point me in the right direction :)

Lou x

ps. This was my first time of using Seche Vite top coat (I normally use Nails Inc Kensington Caviar top coat) and I've been impressed so far which is probably just as well because I treated myself to 3 bottles which were reasonably priced on QVC. If you fancy treating yourself to this very quick drying top coat you can find it as a duo here or as a trio here :) x

EDIT! After ploughing through the blog posts I'd missed while I was on holiday I found this post by One Nail To Another and realised it was Animal Abuse Awareness Week last week!  I know this ended yesterday but felt that maybe I was meant to do this design today as a belated Animal Abuse Awareness Week Mani :) x

ps. I know not all of my stamps are animals but 3 out of 5 (or 6 out of 10, including my right hand) ain't too bad, right??? x

Nail Art Stamping Plates (",)

Ooh I'm super excited about going home tonight!

I've just had a delivery of 30 stamping plates which I ordered off Ebay on 30 May 2012.

As these beauties were travelling all the way from Hong Kong the estimated delivery date was between 19 June and 5 July so I was surprised (and happy) to see them arrive bang on time!

I'll post photos of the plates later on together with pics of my first play with them :D

Edit...

Here are the pics of my plates, an overview first then close-ups:

Now to decide which designs to use first! I'll post pics as soon as I can!

ps. Apologies for the reflection of the camera in the plates!

Edit...

Here are the pics I've just taken of the stamps I've used today:
